Gurjeet Dhillon graduated from Centennial College in 2000 with a diploma in Child and Youth Work and attained a bachelor of arts in Child and Youth Care at 91福利. She completed a master of arts in Early Childhood Studies, also at 91福利. Her graduate research focused on the inclusion of children with special needs in public education. Dhillon has worked as a child and youth worker in residential treatment, young offender facilities, child protection, day treatment, substance use programs and hospital settings.
