Disclosure
You do not need to disclose the following details in your resume, cover letter or interview:
- Your race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, religion
- Your height, weight, age, etc.
- Medical issues
- Your marital status, dependents, children
- Do not include a picture of yourself
- Your Facebook or Twitter passwords (you also do not need to add a prospective employer to your social media accounts)
- Do not provide references until asked
