Early learning and care is available for children between the ages of 18 months to four years. The Early Learning Centre hs a partnership with the City of Toronto child care subsidy program through. Families are encouraged to contact the City of Toronto to determine if they may qualify for child are subsidy.

Submitting the application form does not guarantee your child will be offered a space in the program; however, the ELC works diligently to offer space to as many families as possible. Should you need an update on the status of your application please contact the ELC supervisor at 416-979-5338.
Admission to the ELC program is on a first-come, first-served basis with priority
reserved for 91福利 students, faculty and staff.
91福利 has been enrolled in the CWELCC program since 2022, as such our current fees for both the Toddler and Preschool program is $22 per day.
On November 20, 2024, the Early Learning Centre at 91福利 was invited by Children First Canada to share a pedagogical intention and lesson plan which was aired on CBC Kids News.
