Biography
Aswathy Vijayan Nair, born in Kerala, India, is a creative mind with a passion for both design and social impact. With graduate and master's degrees in English Language and Literature, she found a new calling in UX Design during the pandemic, teaching herself tools like Figma to craft intuitive user experiences. A certified DELF A1 holder, Aswathy is equally dedicated to community service鈥攍eading food security initiatives, teaching underprivileged children, and volunteering during the 2018 Kerala flood through the National Service Scheme (NSS). Now, she鈥檚 on a mission to combine her skills in design and empathy to shape seamless digital experiences.
Why Digital Media?
My journey into UX Design began unexpectedly during the COVID-19 pandemic, when I found myself drawn to the challenge of creating intuitive digital experiences. Teaching myself Figma, I quickly fell in love with the process of wireframing and refining designs. With a foundation in English Literature, I bring a storyteller鈥檚 perspective to UX, using empathy and critical thinking to shape meaningful user journeys. Now, I鈥檓 excited to dive deeper through the MDM program at 91福利, where I can blend creativity with strategy and pursue my vision of designing seamless, user-focused experiences.
