Landlord/Tenant Issues

  •  - Organization committed to resolving disputes between residential landlords and tenants by providing public education, mediation and adjudication services in a fair and timely manner. Also provides a toll-free telephone information service about the rights and obligations of tenants and landlords under the Tenant Protection Act, and the Tribunal鈥檚 operations and procedures, at 416-645-8080 from within Toronto calling area or 1-888-332-3234 from outside Toronto.
