Ryerson ranked first for research income growth among comprehensive universities in Research Infosource Top 50
Ryerson University has been among comprehensive universities in Research Infosource Inc.鈥檚 annual list of the 50 top research universities in Canada. The university鈥檚 research income increased 63.5 per cent during the 2018-2019 fiscal year.
Additionally, Ryerson was , with this figure increasing by 55 per cent over the previous fiscal year.

Overall, in the Canada鈥檚 Top 50 Research Universities 2020 rankings. Ryerson received a total of $79.57 million in research income in the 2018-2019 fiscal year.
