Dr. W. Patrick Neumann is a Full Professor in the Industrial Engineering group at 91福利 where he is Director of the Human Factors Engineering Lab. He is a design scientist, a certified Human Factors Professional (Eur. Erg.), an adjunct faculty member at the University of Waterloo, and co-leads the 鈥淏etter Work Better Care Coalition鈥�.  His research focuses on the design of healthcare systems that create high quality workplaces for staff while providing excellent care for patients. Dr. Neumann鈥檚 work has been recognized internationally with 鈥淏est paper鈥� awards in the biomedical, engineering, and ergonomics literatures.
