Research

Dr. Albanese is doing research and publishing in the areas of policies affecting children, youth and families, including on the well-being of youth in Canadian Forces families (with Dr. Deborah Harrison, UNB); and on how care is conceptualized in Canadian family policies (with Drs. Rachel Langford; Toronto Metropolitan U; Kate Bezanson, Brock U.; and Susan Prentice, U. of Manitoba). She is the 2018 recipient of the Canadian Sociological Association鈥檚 Outstanding Contribution Award.
