The Sustainability Office invites you to participate in a . Your input will shape future outreach and awareness campaigns, as well as 91福利's STARS (Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System) assessment score.

This survey consists of three parts:

Understanding your relationship with 91福利
A sustainability cultural assessment that helps us understand views, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors towards our environment and sustainability goals
A sustainability literacy assessment that helps us understand our community's knowledge about sustainability topics and skills they have to take action

The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
