Speakers:

Debra Walko

VP of Client Care and Experience, LOFT Community Services

Debra brings over three decades of expertise in shaping community-based healthcare and supportive housing solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and is a Registered Social Worker.

Christine Bruce

Executive Director, Laboratory Medicine Program, University Health Network (UHN), Toronto

Over the past 25 years, Christine has led system-level innovations to enhance access, quality, and efficiency across public and private laboratory services. She holds a Master’s degree in Health Administration (Community Care) and is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Edinburgh Business School.

In honour of Don Ford

Don Ford, a recognized leader and generous mentor, passed away in March 2022. The lecture is held in response to 91¸£Àû Master of Health Administration (Community Care) students, alumni and other program stakeholders’ wish to recognize Don Ford’s profound contributions to Canadian healthcare, and particularly to the program.
