飦� To access your Choose91福利 Applicant Portal account you must first create a 91福利 Online Identity. Complete the Activation Form (opens in new window) and include your nine-digit 91福利 Student Number. Your 91福利 Student Number will be included in an email from 91福利 after you apply.
