Scope of Work

  • Removal of television and conduit.

  • Relocate phone to the front of the room

  • Replace fluorescent tubes with LED tubes 

Paint and Finishes 飮�

  • Patch, repair, and paint walls and/or columns as needed 
  • Paint doors and door frames 
  • Replace ceiling tiles as required 
  • Add wall base where missing
  • Replace flooring 
  • Remove existing coat hooks and patch as required 
  • Clean existing mechanical grate 
  • Cleaning of radiators; paint radiators to match wall
