Classroom Environment Survey

The Classroom Environment Survey aims to assess the conditions of 91福利 classrooms and whether these spaces meet the needs and expectations of their users.

These surveys are accessible via QR codes on desks and podiums in select classrooms around campus. You can also fill out the survey from this website at any time. 

All answers will remain anonymous, and providing your contact information is optional. Students who complete the survey and enter their contact information will be entered in a draw to win a $25 campus gift card.

Survey decals cannot be found in every classroom on campus. However, you can fill out the classroom environment survey at any time for any classroom using the links above.
