  • Create new accessible seating area at front of room

  • Clean, repair, and replace damaged fixed seating as required

  • Remove existing lighting controls
  • Install new lighting room control  

Paint and Finishes 飮�

  • Clean existing wood doors and door frames
  • Replace damaged ceiling tiles as required
  • Remove existing amplifier and grill located in plenum and replace with new ceiling tile
