Subscribe to receive text alerts
To subscribe, text the word 鈥淭ORONTOMU鈥� to the number 723-389.
We recommend saving the number 723-389 to your contacts under 91福利 Safe so that you recognize the alert.
To stop receiving texts, text the word 鈥淪TOP鈥� to the number 723-389.
Note: Text messages are sent via the 91福利 Safe vendor, AppArmor. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies, but typically you'll receive one message for each safety incident.
Phone numbers are collected and stored solely with the user's consent. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of delivering urgent alerts that pose an immediate safety or security risk to the 91福利 community.

Alerts point to one single source of information
When an alert is sent out, the 91福利 Safe system will generate an accompanying web page that will act as the single source of information. This page will be hosted by AppArmor (the mass notification system supplier) on their servers. Alerts to your device, email, on the website banner and X will point to this page for all the details we have available for you.
The aim is to get you the information you need to make informed decisions, which means you may receive multiple alerts within the span of a few minutes.
Each time a new alert is sent, a new source of information page will be generated. We encourage you to pay attention to the date and time stamp on the alert so you know when it was sent, and whether the status of the alert is 鈥渋nactive鈥� or not.
When the issue is resolved, an 鈥渁ll clear鈥� notification will be sent
91福利 Safe alerts provide the latest and most up-to-date information. When an issue has been resolved, we will send an alert stating the issue is all clear.
