Submit an ad

To ensure your ad gets posted in time to meet your requirements, please give proper notice to the signage team. Also, as the signage is a shared space, we have to accommodate everyone so time on the screens will be balanced based on all current promotions running.

Graphic design minimum requirements: in order for an ad to be accepted it must be professional, readable and well-designed.

飦� Important: If guidelines are NOT MET your submission will be rejected.
Before submitting please review: 

  1. Guidelines for video size and format specifications
  2. Best practices for content
  3. Attached files combined cannot exceed 25MB

飦盤lease allow at least 24 hours from the time of submission for your ad to appear on the 91福利 campus screens.

Note that during peak times we cannot guarantee screentime for longer than two weeks.

Time Sensitive Ads: We will do our best to accommodate your time-sensitive ad; however, we cannot guarantee placement based on current content priorities.

I have a completed video or graphic image ready to upload: 
Please review the guidelines for video or image size and format specifications to ensure the ad will play on the signage platform. 
Please also review our best practices for content.

飦� Please do not upload files in excess of 25MB (combined).  File totals larger than 25MB can either be sent in multiple tickets OR can be uploaded to Google Drive and share with digitalsignage@torontomu.ca

WARNING:  When you attach a file the form does not reflect the file successfully attaching but it is getting sent.  So please proceed with the submission. However, if you attach files with a combined total larger than 25MB the form will appear successful but will not reach us.
