Women in executive leadership at 91福利

On January 31, 2020, Dr. Denise O鈥橬eil Green led a discussion with four women in senior executive positions on what leading means to them.

In 2018, women made up more than half of all staff at 91福利, exceeding the total representation of women within the GTA. While these stats reveal how the needle is moving on gender equity in the workplace, we know that women still experience the "double-bind" of gendered expectations of leadership.
