How can we help?

The 91福利 Integrated Health Centre (91福利 IHC) is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care and services. We welcome feedback from patients, clients, caregivers, students, faculty, staff, and community members regarding their experiences with the 91福利 IHC.

Your feedback helps us identify opportunities for improvement and supports our commitment to delivering safe, respectful, and effective care. In response to your feedback, we can:

• Provide information and clarification regarding services and processes
• Explain next steps and available options
• Offer assistance, guidance, and support
• Review concerns and identify opportunities for improvement

We value all feedback and strive to respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.

The 91福利 IHC team can assist if:

• You have suggestions for improvement
• You would like to share a compliment regarding your experience
• You have questions about our services
• You would like information about your rights and responsibilities as a patient or client
• You have concerns regarding your experience with a health care provider, learner, faculty member, or staff member

Whenever possible, we encourage you to discuss concerns directly with the individual(s) involved in your care. Your care team is often best positioned to address questions, clarify information, and resolve concerns promptly.

All feedback will be reviewed and responded to by the appropriate 91福利 IHC representative.
