Spring/Summer Parking Permits

Available to students, faculty and staff

Applications for spring/summer 2026 parking permits are now open! Purchase a

Make your commute to campus a breeze with a spring/summer parking permit! Designed with flexibility in mind, 91福利 students, faculty and staff can enjoy hassle-free on-campus parking by purchasing monthly permits for the 300 Victoria St. (PKG) or 288 Church St. (DCC) parking garages.

Plus, for each month you purchase a spring/summer permit, you鈥檒l automatically be entered into a monthly draw for a $100 gift card to the !

How it works 飦

  • Monthly permits can be purchased for May, June, July and August beginning April 15, 2026 until they鈥檙e sold out.
  • Passes are open to 91福利 students, faculty and staff. 
  • Permits can be purchased for a single month or any combination of the four months.
  • Fees are paid in full in-advance with your credit card.

Eligibility

  • Faculty and staff must be employed by the university.
  • Students must be enrolled in a minimum of one course in the spring/summer semester.

Locations and Cost 飶

Parking entrance for the Victoria Street garage.

300 Victoria St.
(above-ground parking)

  • May, June, July or August price: $205 per month (includes HST)*
Parking entrance from Church Street side - DCC parking garage.

288 Church St. (underground parking)

  • May, June, July or August price: $235 per month (includes HST)*

*Rates subject to change. Permit holders will be refunded the difference if permit rates decrease.

Monthly draw 飩

  • Each month, spring/summer permit holders will be automatically entered for a chance to win a $100 gift card, just for parking with us!
  • We鈥檒l draw the name of the lucky winner at the start of each subsequent month - the final winner will be announced in September 2026.

Cancellation/ Payment Policy 飼

  • No prorated refunds will be given if customers wish to cancel a permit mid-month for the current month (i.e. no funds to be returned if canceling a May pass, in May).
  • Community members who wish to purchase a permit after the start of the current month will still pay the full amount for that permit (i.e. purchasing a May permit after May 1 does not reduce the cost of the permit).
  • If community members purchased advance passes but later want to cancel, they need to request cancellation in writing 15 business days before the beginning of the month for the advance passes (i.e. to cancel a parking permit for June, a cancellation request would need to be submitted before May 15).

Parking Permit Confirmation

Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation to your 91福利 email account from tmuparking@torontomu.ca. This email will include:

  • Transaction confirmation
  • The parking facility location attached to your permit

Please allow two (2) business days after your transaction date for your OneCard to be activated.
