Off-Campus Counselling & Insurance Coverage
Students at 91福利 have access to mental health coverage through their student union insurance plans. This coverage can be used for counselling services and provides an accessible pathway to ongoing care.
The CSDC has developed relationships with clinics and individual clinicians across the GTA who offer lower-cost counselling options that are covered by student insurance. CSDC counsellors can help connect you with these external providers if you are looking for ongoing therapy.
If you prefer to arrange external therapy on your own, the following Toronto-based practices offer low-cost counselling for 91福利 students. These providers are familiar with student mental health, 91福利 systems, and academic policies, and can support both mental health and academic-related concerns:

Insurance Coverage Details
Unless you have opted out, you are covered for counselling through your student insurance plan:
- Undergraduate students: $1,000 per year
- Graduate students: $750 per year
Coverage renews each September.
