  22. : This Centre provides business registration and incorporation, accounting, monthly bookkeeping, payroll and reporting to small and medium size businesses.  The website provides a step-by-step guide in starting and registering a business in Ontario.
  23. : ONE is a collaborative network of organizations across Ontario, designed to help innovators, entrepreneurs and researchers connect with services and programs to help them innovate and gain a competitive advantage.  ONE provides educational programs, advisory services, customer development support, and information on financing and investors.
