Spring Semester ADHD - Specific Cohort
In this supportive space, you will learn practical skills tailored to your unique needs, such as time management, focus techniques, and strategies for navigating academic challenges. You will also learn strategies to manage your emotions, pace yourself, and the importance of exercise, sleep and self-care as stress management. Beyond individual skills, the program emphasizes community-building, where you can connect with peers who share similar experiences, providing a platform for mutual support, encouragement, and shared growth.

Session 1 (April 30): Managing Stress, Organization and Chunking
Session 2 (May 7): Sleep, Exercise, Motivation, and Time Blocking
Session 3 (May 14): Self-Compassion, Coping, and Building Accountability
Session 4 (May 21): Setting Priorities and Pacing Yourself

Standard Thriving in Action Series
Our standard program supports you with strategies to build resilience, restore motivation and confidence, practice self-compassion and gratitude, learn how to mindfully manage your time and energy, and improve your studying, test-taking, and writing! In TiA, you'll learn how to shift from surviving to thriving.
Sessions will begin Tuesday May 12, 2026 and end on Wednesday June 3, 2026.
Sessions run from 1:00-2:30 pm EST on Tuesday and Wednesday with new content each day!
