The Salesforce Support Team can assist you with the following:

Salesforce is a customer relationship management platform used for engaging customers, tracking data and providing support.
Here in TRSM, we used Salesforce to achieve the following:
- Maintain a database of all students at TRSM, enabling staff to interact with students and keep track of important information relating to that students educational journey.
- Keep track of external contacts related to TRSM such as alumni, donors and co-op companies
- Send out marketing emails through Salesforce鈥檚 marketing cloud and maintain a record of metrics associated with these marketing campaigns
- Host events through our Blackthorn platform
- Provide appointment scheduling to streamline the student support process
- Track student engagement in TedPacks with TedPoints
- Chat bots hosted on website to provide 24/7 support for students
