With over 11 years of progressive experience in HR leadership, Khatera has built a career centered on people strategy, organizational development, and cultivating equitable, high-performing workplaces. Before joining the Board as an alumnus, Khatera previously served as a student governor, contributing to key initiatives that enhanced the student experience and strengthened governance transparency. Beyond 91福利, Khatera is actively engaged in community leadership, serving on multiple boards and committees focused on workforce development, youth empowerment, and inclusive leadership.
