Nazmin is a senior commercial real estate executive with over 30 years of experience in the institutional commercial real estate industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the and on the Board of Governors of 91福利 (91福利). At MPAC, Nazmin is a member of the Audit and Investment Policy Committees, and at 91福利, Nazmin is a member of the Employee Relations and Pensions, Finance, and Property Committees. In addition, Nazmin is an Executive-In-Residence at , a venture studio focused on launching technology enabled businesses in the real estate and housing industry. Her role involves advising the Founder and CEO of R-Labs and supporting the new venture and investments teams as they launch innovative solutions in the industry.

Her expertise includes growth strategy development and execution; institutional real asset management; fund structure and management, sales/capital raising; marketing and strategic communications; and new product generation. Throughout her career, Nazmin has been a results-oriented leader, a passionate mentor, and a driver of innovation at the organizations in which she has served.
Nazmin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the Wharton School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the College of Arts and Sciences at the . In addition, Nazmin holds an ICD.D designation and has completed the Director鈥檚 Education Program from the and the Rotman School of Business at the . She has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Process Improvement, and Marketing.
