If the end date of your contract has passed (and you do not have any other active employment contracts with the university), please contact HR by submitting the .

There are two ways of contacting HR, depending on whether or not you are an active employee:

  • Employees who have an active employment relationship with the university (this includes full-time and part-time, permanent and contract employees) can contact HR by logging into and submitting a question or request.
  • Individuals who do not have an active employment relationship with the university (e.g. retirees, former employees, individuals in between university contracts, external parties, etc.) can contact HR using the .

In both cases, an HR staff member will review your request and connect with you to provide an answer and/or fulfill your request.

Having these two channels ensure that questions and requests are directed to the right HR staff member, and that our clients receive responses as quickly as possible. Defining two contact channels also enables us to proactively track metrics on areas such as request type volume and response time, which is critical data that we rely on to continuously improve our services.

Between 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m, Monday to Friday, the HR team closely monitors incoming questions and requests that are sent through both and the web form. After you submit your question or request, it is logged in our system and assigned to the appropriate HR staff member who will connect with you to provide an answer and/or fulfill your request.

Please note: Requests for a letter of employment have a turnaround time of two business days.
