In Human Resources, our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion is intentionally built into every stage of the employee lifecycle. From recruitment to onboarding to performance and development and through our policies and collective agreements, this is our priority.

Community networks

Overseen by the Office of the Vice-President, Equity and Community Inclusion, 91福利 supports a variety of community networks that are by employees for employees and give visibility to a diversity of voices and create inclusive spaces, to address barriers and foster community engagement.
