As I conclude my third year as Dean at the Ted Rogers School of Management, I am thankful to everyone鈥檚 hard work and commitment to helping our school be globally recognized for management research and education that shapes the business world and develops principled leaders.
Together, we worked towards achieving the goals set out in our school鈥檚 Strategic Plan by introducing new academic programs and research centres, expanding student learning opportunities and supports, developing new partnerships, and strengthening connections within our school community and beyond.
From a $12.5 million gift and the launch of a new Health Services Management major, to another strong showing in research output and advancing our commitment to equity and diversity, we have so much to be proud of at the Ted Rogers School. I am delighted to share with you a few major highlights from the past academic year, along with three reports published during this time, in our year-end wrap-up.
I hope you enjoy reading about everything we鈥檝e been able to accomplish, and I look forward to building on this momentum to reach even more of our goals in the year ahead.

A transformative philanthropic gift made to the Ted Rogers School in April 2026 will elevate student success and faculty research. The anonymous pledge of $12.5 million is the second largest donation our school has received. It will support several of our school鈥檚 key priorities related to students, and also support faculty researchers, particularly to help emerging research leaders.
The Top 50 program is a collaboration between the Ted Rogers School and 91福利鈥檚 Zone Learning to support students at early stages of venture development 鈥� from identifying their first idea through their first sales. It connects academic learning, incubator resources and external mentorship to help students build skills, test ideas and develop ventures with greater clarity and support.
The Ted Rogers School launched a new Health Services Management (BComm (Hons)) degree in the fall. This major prepares students to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals who can manage effectively within the complex Canadian healthcare system. It combines the strengths of the Business Management program with specialized courses in healthcare administration in one degree.

Our 2024-25 Research Report highlights Ted Rogers School鈥檚 scholarly research work and achievements. Our school continues to break new ground in research that is advancing knowledge in areas from cybersecurity readiness and social media deepfakes to the impact of artificial intelligence. Our faculty members have also published in top-ranked journals and secured prestigious grants.
