Ted Rogers School of Management鈥檚 Diversity Institute conducts cutting-edge research, advancing a strong, inclusive Canadian economy by harnessing the power of equity, diversity and inclusion.
With ten hubs across the country, 80 full-time staff and more than 200 partners, the Diversity Institute (DI) leads action-oriented research and coordinates innovative programs to strengthen Canada鈥檚 competitiveness, sustainability and self-sufficiency. By tracking technological, economic, demographic and geopolitical trends, DI anticipates changes in employment and the implications for the policies, programs and processes.
We work with employers, governments, community organizations and researchers to strengthen inclusion in Canada鈥檚 innovation ecosystem. We also develop, deliver and evaluate strategies and programs to advance inclusive education, employment, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Our pan-Canadian initiatives include research, the , , DiversityLeads, the Advanced Digital and Professional Training (ADaPT) program as well as the Bridging Divides program which focuses on immigration and the Artificial Intelligence and Quality of Working Lives and Worker Well-Being (PAIQ) research program led by the , among others.
